I am a facilitator, trainer and consultant with two decades of experience spanning nonprofit leadership, higher education and education policy. I am passionate about developing people and programs and bring expertise in public speaking, project management, fundraising strategy, and organizational development.

I spent more than a decade at a liberal arts college, and led record-breaking annual giving campaigns, directed high-impact professional development initiatives, and collaborated with faculty and leadership across campus. 

I have presented workshops and trainings across the Midwest, been featured on webinars and podcasts, and am known for a practical, actionable approach to leadership development and team empowerment.

In the nonprofit sector, I manage strategic initiatives and complex cross-sector collaboration. 

I hold a master’s degree in strategic communication and am passionate about helping others take bold, clear steps toward their goals.

I live with my husband and teenage son in Franklin, Indiana. When not leading workshops or coordinating national events, I am working on my first book, a deeply personal reflection on loss and resilience, drawing from my own experiences to offer fresh perspectives and guidance to others navigating grief.
