I’m a coach, facilitator, trainer, and consultant with 20 years of experience helping people and organizations move from stuck to strategic. My career has spanned nonprofit leadership, higher education, and education policy—and at the heart of it all is a deep love for developing people and programs with purpose.
I spent over a decade at a liberal arts college, where I led record-breaking fundraising campaigns, built high-impact professional development programs, and partnered with faculty and leadership to turn vision into action. Along the way, I built a reputation for being both practical and passionate—someone who gets things done.
Today, I live in Franklin, Indiana, with my husband and teenage son. When I'm not facilitating workshops or coordinating national events, I’m working on my first book—a personal and powerful reflection on loss and resilience. It’s a project born from lived experience and a desire to help others rebuild forward when life breaks the script.
Whether I’m coaching one-on-one or leading a team retreat, my work is rooted in empathy, clarity, and momentum. I blend strategic thinking with grounded, real-world tools that help clients move forward—even in the middle of overwhelm, uncertainty, or transition.
My approach is informed by two decades of experience, a master’s degree in strategic communication, and a whole lot of real-life lessons. I’m not afraid of messy conversations, quiet unraveling, or bold reinvention. In fact, that’s where transformation often begins.
I work with individuals and organizations who are ready to move with purpose. My offerings include:
