I’m an author, keynote speaker, facilitator, and coach who helps people and organizations navigate disruption, name what’s no longer working, and move forward with clarity and intention.
With over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership and higher education, I’ve led record-breaking campaigns, advised senior leaders, and facilitated high-stakes conversations where clarity mattered.
I’m known for blending strategy with humanity by using practical tools and honest conversations.
My work is shaped by lived experience. I know what it’s like to hold everything together while your own life quietly unravels. I know what happens when the script you followed: the career, the role, the identity breaks unexpectedly
That understanding sits at the center of my keynotes, workshops, and coaching, and it’s why I created the Momentum Method: a five-step framework that helps people stop surviving and start rebuilding forward.
I’m the author of You Don’t Bounce Back—You Rebuild Forward, a book for high-capacity people navigating loss, identity shifts, and unexpected change. Through honest storytelling and actionable guidance, I help readers reconnect with who they are now and imagine what comes next, without pretending the disruption didn’t matter.
I live in Franklin, Indiana, with my husband and teenage son. When I’m not facilitating conversations or speaking on stages, you’ll usually find me with a cup of coffee, a yellow legal pad, and a deep belief that forward is still possible, even when life wasn’t supposed to look like this.
Whether I’m coaching one-on-one or leading a team retreat, my work is rooted in empathy, clarity, and momentum. I blend strategic thinking with grounded, real-world tools that help clients move forward—even in the middle of overwhelm, uncertainty, or transition.
My approach is informed by two decades of experience, a master’s degree in strategic communication, and a whole lot of real-life lessons. I’m not afraid of messy conversations, quiet unraveling, or bold reinvention. In fact, that’s where transformation often begins.
I work with individuals and organizations who are ready to move with purpose. My offerings include:
"Andrea Gash delivered an inspiring and empowering presentation on 'Leading from Where You Are' for Indiana Sexual Assault Service Providers. She offered practical insights and motivation for all levels of leadership. Her engaging style and relatable examples encouraged participants to recognize their influence and step into leadership with confidence. It was truly an impactful and memorable session. "
