Keynotes That Spark Momentum

These keynotes move people  — not just emotionally, but into action.
Audiences don’t just listen — they see themselves in the stories, find clarity in the insights, and leave with practical steps they’re ready to take. Each talk is designed to spark momentum: reflection that leads to movement, laughter that fuels connection, and takeaways that stick.

Keynote offerings:

You Don't Bounce Back-You Rebuild Forward

All In: Reframing Risk and Reclaiming Confidence

All In: Reframing Risk and Reclaiming Confidence

I know what it's like to have life fall apart behind the scenes — while everyone else thinks you're just fine.

I've stood at gravesides, sat in oncology waiting rooms, and navigated losses the world never gave me permission to name, all while answering emails and hitting deadlines with a smile.

In this keynote, I share my personal journey through deep loss, caregiving, and unexpected reinvention — and the moment I realized that bouncing back wasn't the goal. Rebuilding was.

Drawing on my own story and my signature Momentum Method, I offer a practical, heartfelt invitation for anyone navigating disruption: to reclaim their power, one honest step at a time.

I believe in rebuilding forward — not bouncing back.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recognize the difference between high-functioning survival and genuine forward movement — and identify which one they've been living
  • Name the losses — including the ones no one handed them a script for — as a first step toward healing and clarity
  • Explore the five steps of the Momentum Method as a practical framework for rebuilding after life breaks the script
  • Identify the unconscious default scripts driving their decisions, relationships, and self-worth
  • Reframe what it means to lead authentically through grief, burnout, or unexpected pivots
  • Walk away with tools and permission to pause, recalibrate, and move forward from where they really are — not where they pretend to be

All In: Reframing Risk and Reclaiming Confidence

We all take risks every day—whether we realize it or not. Speaking up in a meeting. Saying yes to a new role. Saying no to something that no longer fits. Each one is a bet we place on ourselves.

In this keynote, I invite audiences to rethink what risk really looks like—and to challenge the fears that keep them playing it safe.

Using the metaphor of cards, bets, and bold moves, I help high-performing professionals recognize that the biggest danger often isn’t failure—it’s staying stuck in what’s familiar.

I share stories of risk I took (and didn’t take), what I learned when the “safe” choices failed me, and how fear isn’t something to eliminate—it’s something to move with.

You’ll walk away with a new lens on risk and how it already shows up in your daily life, practical tools for building courage in small, sustainable steps and the freedom to fail forward—and grow faster because of it.

This talk is high-energy, honest, and empowering—and it’s perfect for teams, conferences, or retreats where people are ready to stop playing small and start betting on themselves.

So I’ll ask you again:

What would you do if you weren’t afraid?

Learning Outcomes:

  • Recognize the hidden risks you already take every day—and how they shape your growth (or keep you stuck).
  • Identify the “safe” choices that might actually be holding you back.
  • Learn simple, actionable strategies to build everyday courage—one small bet at a time.
  • Discover how to “fail forward” and turn setbacks into faster learning and momentum.
  • Leave with permission (and a plan) to place bigger, braver bets on yourself and your team.

Rebuilding Forward in the Nonprofit Sector

Custom Keynote: Engaging, Impactful, and Tailored to Your Audience

Custom Keynote: Engaging, Impactful, and Tailored to Your Audience

The nonprofit sector attracts people who are wired to show up, push through, and keep going — no matter the cost.

But burnout, resource constraints, and the emotional weight of mission-driven work don't disappear when you ignore them. They compound.

In this keynote, I discuss my Momentum Method framework and how it directly speaks to the challenges nonprofit leaders face every day, offering a practical path forward that doesn't ask you to pretend everything is fine.

Through honest storytelling, audience engagement, and five concrete steps, participants leave with both permission to name what they've been carrying and a clear place to start rebuilding.

Learning Outcomes

  • A shared language for naming burnout, depletion, and organizational script breaks without stigma
  • An understanding of how "performing fine" ripples through team culture, retention, and mission delivery
  • The five steps of the Momentum Method, tailored to the specific pressures of nonprofit leadership
  • Practical, immediate actions tied to each step — no overhaul required, just one place to start
  • Permission to lead differently — with honesty, boundaries, and a vision for what comes next
